At Klockwise Records, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality recording, mixing, and audio production services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues you may have. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Service-Based Refunds

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your session time and ensures the availability of our studio and staff.

Cancellations:

Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel your booking more than 6 hours before your scheduled session, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 5 hours of your scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations: If Klockwise Records must cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the results of our recording, mixing, or production services, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the final product. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer revisions as appropriate.

Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service has been fully delivered (e.g., completion of a recording or mixing session), refunds will generally not be provided. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there are significant, unresolved issues that cannot be remedied through revisions.
3. Product-Based Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital audio files and related products (e.g., sample packs, loops, stems), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
4. Custom Work
For custom audio production work, including original compositions, sound design, and bespoke mixing/mastering projects:

Upfront Payments: Custom work typically requires full or partial payment upfront. Due to the individualized nature of these services, refunds will not be issued once work has commenced. However, we will make every effort to ensure that the final product meets your expectations through revisions and adjustments.
